Rubiks cube was all the rage when I was younger. I used to swim competitively as a youngster and when we would have to travel by coach to swim meets we would all have competitions to see who cold complete the cube in the fastest time...I passed on the knoledge of how to complete the rubiks cube (without pulling it apart)to my son G, who can complete it in under 2 minutes and is actually probably nearer the 1 minute 30 secs mark, but my other son and my daughter have never bothered with it....have to say that I love games that actually require some use of brain power rather than just the mindlessness of so many games today.<br /><br />Great post and thank you for reminding me of some wonderful childhood memories<br /><br />Lou :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
